Brighid Shea

Brighid Shea is excited to join the Center for Counseling and Education as a counseling intern from the Professional Clinical Counseling program at La Salle University. Operating from an insight-oriented, client-centered approach, Brighid is passionate about helping clients of all ages navigate unique challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and developmental transitions.
Before joining CFCE, Brighid worked as a Behavioral Health Technician for over 4 years, providing support to young clients with a variety of diagnoses, such as ADHD, autism, PTSD, and anxiety. Similarly, during her time in this field she also worked with clients experiencing attachment-related concerns and behavioral difficulties. Brighid is committed to creating a warm environment where clients feel validated, understood, and respected.
