Julia practices from a client-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Approach, with influences from expressive arts and play therapy. She has expertise in helping clients with emotion regulation and healthy thinking patterns, as well as stress management. She brings great compassion and empathy into her work with clients and values the therapeutic relationship above all else. She strives to assist her clients in discovering their own happiness as well as reaching their own personal goals.
In her free time, Julia enjoys going on walks with her dog, cooking, visiting the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.
