Clinical Supervision for LSCW and LPC

Groups are now forming for Clinical Supervision in Marlton, NJ.

Mary Wightman, LCSW, Approved Clinical Supervisor, will offer a group on Mondays at 1:00 pm.

Mary Wightman, LCSW, has completed the NJ SIFI course and is a NJ Board of Social Workers approved provider of Clinical Supervision.  After receiving her MSW from Rutgers State University of NJ, Mary has spent the past 25 years working in non-profits and in the private sector.  Mary has had a range of experience from administrative roles to direct clinical work, both with individuals and with groups.  Mary has expertise with children, adolescents, adults and couples.  Mindfulness, sand play therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR are part of her clinical repertoire.

Mary creates a safe, empathic environment to learn and grow as a professional.  She works with clinicians to expand their knowledge, skills, and confidence.  Mary continues to engage in her own peer supervision with colleagues, as well.

Note that LACs are required to have individual or dyadic supervision. (N.J.A.C. 13:34-11.1 requires at least 50 hours of face-to-face supervision per one calendar year at the rate of one hour per week, of which not more than 10 hours may be group supervision.)  LSCW Clinical Supervisors are able to provide this supervision for LACs according to the regulations.
