Navigating Life’s Challenges Together
My name is Bryan, and I’m a professional clinical counseling student. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line. For nearly two decades, I worked as an attorney, guiding people and organizations through complex and often emotionally challenging situations. This experience, combined with raising two teenagers of my own, taught me a powerful lesson: the key to overcoming obstacles lies in the essential interplay between our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Now, I’ve pivoted my career to focus on what I’m truly passionate about—helping people like you navigate life’s challenges.
How I Can Help
I know that reaching out for help can feel like a big step. That’s why my approach is holistic and client-centered. This means I meet you exactly where you are and together, we’ll build a comfortable and practical path forward. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, so I tailor my approach to your unique needs, integrating evidence-based techniques to help you make meaningful changes.
You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, struggling to communicate with a teenager, or feeling lost in your career. Whatever you’re facing, I offer a supportive space for us to work through it. I specialize in working with:
- Individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
- Children and teens navigating the pressures of school, family, and social life.
- Adults seeking to find clarity and purpose through career counseling.
My goal is to provide you with the tools and support you need to feel more resilient and empowered.
My Expertise
I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): I’ll help you identify and gently shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
- Mindfulness: I’ll integrate techniques to help you stay grounded, present, and build emotional resilience.
- Life Transitions: I can help guide you through significant life changes, whether it’s moving, starting a new job, or navigating new phases of life.
- Play Therapy: For children, play is their primary mode for expressing thoughts and navigating emotions.
- TraumaPlay: If you’ve experienced trauma, I offer a safe and supportive environment for processing and healing.
Beyond the Session
I’m currently a graduate student at La Salle University’s Professional Clinical Counseling program. My educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University and a law degree from Rutgers University Law School.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two teenagers, and our family dog, Bowie. I also love to recharge by hiking, traveling, and taking walks through the neighborhood.
I look forward to the possibility of working with you.
