Join us for transformative training, where you will gain clarity, intentionality, and the ability to articulate the rationale behind your work. Through experiential practice and practical demonstrations, you will deepen your understanding of the WHY behind CCPT. When we know the “why”, we can confidently engage children and explain our approach to parents and professionals. Elevate your practice and take a deeper dive with us bridging the gap between theory and practice!

Feedback from Participants

I appreciated the opportunities to break out into groups for practice; I appreciated watching a live demonstration; I appreciated seeing a mock video of a session; I appreciated the flexibility to go with the needs of the group; I loved the smaller group size because it felt less intimidating to share/ask questions when appropriate. The training was amazing & met all expectations & beyond.

Great mix of theory, instruction, experiential, and Q&A time.

Excellent presentation. Loved the approach, realness, and meeting us where we were approach to learning.

This program gave me a firm foundation to understand CCPT and how to communicate about its effectiveness. I felt empowered to continue working with a CCPT framework despite having certain limitations. Overall, I also appreciated the balance between role-plays and receiving information.

This was such a wonderful training, especially coming from someone who did not previously feel very confident working with children. I left feeling genuinely confident in my ability to use the CCPT model and excited about expanding the populations I feel equipped to work with. Meg, Rachel, and Tara were incredibly approachable, nonjudgmental, engaging, and supportive throughout the learning process, which made the training feel both informative and encouraging. I also appreciated the depth of resources available through CFCE and left with a strong sense of trust in the quality and credibility of their trainings. I will absolutely be looking into additional workshops in the future! Makaela

When a complaint, either verbally or written, is filed with the Education Coordinator, the following guidelines are followed with respect to achieving resolution:

1. Complaints relative to a speaker or workshop leader, contents of instructional materials being presented, or an individual educational style being utilized, the individual voicing disapproval is requested to first address concerns to the presenter. If the presenter is not available, place his/her comments in writing. The Education Coordinator will convey these comments to the speaker while maintaining confidentiality of the complainant.

2. If the complaint concerns a continuing education activity, its content, level of presentation, or facilities in which the event is being held, the Education Coordinator will attempt to resolve the matter as expeditiously as possible. If the offered resolution is not satisfactory to the individual filing the complaint, then further action may be taken.

In the latter instance, the individual is requested to place his/her complaint in writing to the attention of the Education Coordinator. The complaint is then reviewed by the Education Coordinator in consultation with the Director. A written response will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the written complaint. Within 30 days of the resolution rendered by the Education Coordinator, the complainant may file a written appeal to the Director. The decision of the Director is final.
