Find Your Voice. Live Authentically.

Hi, I’m Madelin, and I create a warm, inclusive space for children, teens, young adults, and women to openly navigate identity, relationships, and life’s complexities.

I believe therapy should be something you actually look forward to—a welcoming space where you can explore what’s on your mind, grow into your truest self, feel your feelings, and maybe even share a laugh or two. As an MSW student at the University of Pennsylvania, where I’m also pursuing the LGBTQ+ Certificate, I bring an intersectional and inclusive lens to all my work. My background in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, Sociology, and Spanish deeply informs my understanding of the unique experiences that shape us.

A Safe Space for All Ages

My passion lies in supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate some of life’s most significant journeys. My years of experience as a nanny and camp counselor, along with growing up with three younger brothers, have given me a natural ability to connect with kids and understand their world. I’m here to support children and their families with:

  • Identity Exploration: Helping you understand who you are, what matters to you, and how to live a life that aligns with your authentic self.
  • Relationships & Intimacy: Exploring dynamics in your connections with others and fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
  • Self-Esteem: Building confidence and a stronger sense of self-worth.
  • Life Transitions: Guiding you through significant changes, whether it’s moving, starting a new job, or navigating new phases of life.
  • Anxiety & Depression: Offering tools and support to manage overwhelming feelings and find more balance and peace.
  • Play Therapy: I utilize play therapy, such as Gestalt Play Therapy, recognizing that for children, play is their primary mode for expressing thoughts and navigating emotions.
  • TraumaPlay: If you’ve experienced trauma, I offer a safe and supportive environment for processing and healing.

I’m also trained in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, providing a safe and understanding space for exploring identity, coming out, and navigating the unique joys and challenges of the LGBTQIA+ experience. Additionally, I have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, offering a compassionate and empowering space for healing.

Embracing the Mind-Body Connection

As a certified yoga instructor, I believe that healing isn’t just a mental process—it’s a whole-body experience. I often weave mindfulness and somatic (body-based) tools into our sessions when it feels right for you. This approach can help you connect with your emotions in a new way, reduce stress, and build a greater sense of peace and awareness within yourself. My aim is always to create a nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about identity, intimacy, and the beautiful complexities of being human.

Beyond the Session

When I’m not working with clients or hitting the books, I love finding balance through hiking, riding my bike, laying in the park with friends, and traveling. I also enjoy practicing Spanish, listening to music, and, of course, cuddling with my sweet cat, Lola.
