Hailey Crino

Hailey Crino is a Counseling Intern, and is pursuing her Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate degree at The College of New Jersey. With a warm and accepting presence, Hailey strives to create a space where children, teens, young adults, and families feel empowered to explore their emotions, express themselves, and feel truly heard. Genuine curiosity and compassion motivate her commitment to understanding each client’s unique journey and supporting their growth.

Hailey graduated from Stockton University with a B.A. in Psychology, concentrating in mental and holistic health. Her experience in community outreach and advocacy has shaped her perspective on the significance of meaningful connections, empowerment, and creating a supportive environment for growth. She values a holistic approach, incorporating mindfulness-based practices to help clients stay grounded and present in their healing process. Hailey also has experience facilitating groups using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

As an intern at CFCE, Hailey will receive intensive training and supervision in play therapy modalities including Gestalt Play Therapy, Traumaplay, and integration of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and play therapy for pediatric OCD.

Mindful of the whole person, Hailey is passionate about working within a client-centered and multicultural framework. She recognizes the diverse experiences and the interrelated factors that shape one’s well-being. Hailey is dedicated to meeting clients where they are and offering support that encourages self-exploration, emotional development, and acceptance. 

During her free time, Hailey enjoys playing guitar, spending time with her cat, and experimenting with new baking recipes.
