Brianna Capacchione

You’ve put in the physical work but are you mentally prepared to perform when it matters most? Are you struggling to balance the stressors of being a student-athlete?

As a former collegiate basketball player and coach, Brianna understands firsthand the mental demands of competition — the pressure to perform, the fear of making mistakes, the impact of injury, and the challenge of balancing sport with academics, work, and relationships. She works directly with athletes who want to strengthen their mental game, whether that means building confidence, sharpening focus, managing performance anxiety, recovering from setbacks, or preparing for high-stakes moments. Using evidence-based strategies such as visualization, mindfulness, and intentional goal-setting, Brianna helps athletes develop resilience and consistency so they can compete with clarity and composure when it matters most.

She has experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, disordered eating patterns, adjustment challenges, and grief and loss. She especially enjoys supporting young adults as they navigate identity development, relationship stress, academic and career pressures, and other significant life transitions.
