As a parent of an athlete, it is essential to understand how mental skills can elevate your child’s game, self-esteem, and overall experience in sports.

In this free workshop, participants will:

  • Understand the importance of incorporating mindset skills in sports

  • Recognize the signs of performance anxiety in athletes

  • Learn strategies to help athletes manage anxiety and stay focused under pressure

  • Discover ways to foster confidence and resilience in your child’s athletic career

Our therapists are trained by internationally recognized experts in Attachment and Trauma Therapy, OCD treatment, Family Therapy, etc. and help equip parents to become co-therapists & learn therapeutic parenting strategies. We use Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Theraplay, EMDR, and other advanced modalities to promote attachment and heal trauma.
