It is not about being perfect; it’s about being willing to grow. Self-exploration is a courageous journey.

Whether you’re a teenager, adult, or family seeking support, I’m here to guide you towards personal growth and healing. I specialize in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients of all ages can feel seen, heard, and understood.

I look forward to taking steps together into the unknown and working as partners to embrace the uncertainty of change. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, informed by years of real-world experience and ongoing academic training.

With over two decades of experience in the field, I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My previous education includes an MA in Forensic Psychology, which has equipped me with an understanding of the complexities of human behavior. My expertise extends to addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger management, emotion regulation, personality disorders, relationship issues, and trauma. I also offer support for LGBTQIA+ and justice-involved individuals.

My approach to therapy is informed by a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

I’m here to help you on your journey towards personal growth, resilience, and positive change.
