Join us for a FREE workshop designed to help parents invite presence, balance, and meaning during this busy time of the year. Together, we will explore practical and simple ways to support you and your families through mindfulness and self-care.

Objectives:
This FREE workshop will help parents to:
- Identify common stressors during the holiday season
- Develop understanding of how mindfulness can support their family
- Recognize self-care strategies and how parents can model healthy coping and emotion regulation for children
- Create meaningful family moments in cultivating joy and gratitude during the holidays
- Set boundaries and priorities while managing emotions mindfully
